I have mentioned Date Of Birth 11th Jan2009 in adhar card by mistake according to affidavit but actual Date Of Birth 11th jan2010 now I want to know that I can change the Date Of Birth 2010 in place of 2009 in Adhar Card If I make second Affidavit for Date Of Birth 2010 in place of 2009 than Date Of Birth can be changed in Adhar Card Please give me answer according to rule
